What if I need to cancel or change my booking, do you have a cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to both our guests and our team.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before your check-in date can be refunded or rescheduled without any charge.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will be subject to a charge of 50% of the booking fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be subject to a charge of 100% of the booking fee.

If unforeseen circumstances arise and you need to modify your booking, please reach out to us via phone or email. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.

What is the check-in & check-out times?

We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring you have a wonderful stay with us!

  • Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM on your arrival date. If possible, please let us know your estimated arrival time so we can be ready to greet you. Upon arrival, we will meet you at the Native Wild Trading Post, located just down our driveway, for check-in and a tour of our site.
  • Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of your departure.

If you have any special requests regarding your arrival or departure, please reach out to us—we'll do our best to accommodate you!

Do you allow pets?

Pet Policy

We love animals, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets due to the presence of free-ranging animals on-site and other property restrictions.

We truly understand that pets are part of the family, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all our guests.

Will there be other guests present during my Wilderness Spa session?

No, our Wilderness Spa is a private experience designed for deep relaxation and connection to nature. You won’t be sitting shoulder to shoulder with other guests or in a crowded space—just pure tranquility in the heart of the forest.

Our team is dedicated to preserving this peaceful atmosphere. However, we may quietly step in from time to time to tend to the fires and maintain the spa, always in a discreet and respectful manner.

What can I expect at The Wilderness Spa?

Our Wilderness Nordic Spa is designed for deep relaxation and rejuvenation through hydrotherapy. It features a wood-fired hot tub, wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, and a cozy fire lounge, all surrounded by 360-degree forest views.

Guests are encouraged to experience the Thermal Cycle: Hot - Cold - Rest - Repeat, which helps improve circulation, boost the immune system, reduce stress, and promote muscle recovery. Your 2-hour session allows ample time to move through the cycle multiple times.

We provide towels, robes, and refreshing lemongrass towels for your comfort. The spa area includes a single changeroom and a composting toilet, and it is accessed via a short walk down a forested trail. Upon arrival, your spa will be fully heated and ready for you to enjoy.

Is there cell service?

If your cell provider is Rogers or an associated network, you will have service on-site. If you are with Telus or a related provider, coverage may be limited or unavailable.
